$200 Booking Deposit
A $200 deposit is required to secure your reservation following availability verification and payment confirmation.
Final Payment
The remaining balance must be paid by 9:00 PM Puerto Rico time on the day before check-in.
Guest Verification
The primary guest must provide a valid photo ID. Additional guests must provide their full names and dates of birth through a secure process.
Visitor Policy
Standard stay packages do not include visitors. Approved visits cost an additional $300 for up to 45 attendees, including tables and chairs.
Maximum Occupancy
The property accommodates up to eight overnight guests, depending on the package selected.
Minimum Stay
Standard stays require at least three nights. Our specially designated Stay + Event package offers a two-night option.
Cancellation & No-Shows
Applicable cancellation, no-show and refund conditions will be provided before booking confirmation.
Additional Charges
Additional cleaning, damage or other applicable fees may be assessed according to the rental agreement.
